Snapshots of the Past Wall Art, SKU sku-13223923818, is a Black, size L reproduction print showing the execution of nobles in Brussels on June 1, 1568. It measures 16" x 20" and has UPC 469920168229. The company restores historical maps, photos and prints from Library of Congress archives.

Founded in 2001, it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as museum-quality fine-art reproduction prints. Its buyers include over 200 bookstores and other retailers, along with tens of thousands of Internet customers. It was selected as a vendor for the 2008 White House redecoration project. Lithography, invented in 1796, made inexpensive mass production of prints possible.

The Library of Congress launched its American Memory pilot in 1989, laying the foundation for the National Digital Library Program, which began in 1995 and digitizes selected collections on American cultural history. These reproductions use fine-art archival paper and pigmented inks intended to last for generations.

The range includes holiday posters and early aerial views of Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco for display at home or work, or as gifts.
