Snapshots of the Past sku-13301015465 is a Black Wall Art print in size L, measuring 16" x 20". UPC: 463233568318. The image concerns Santa Anita residents aged 45 to 65 registering for the draft on April 25 to 27; approximately 400 evacuees answered the call. The brand makes reproductions of historical maps, photos and prints restored from Library of Congress archives.

Founded in 2001, it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as museum-quality fine-art reproduction prints. Its buyers include over 200 bookstores and other retailers, along with tens of thousands of Internet customers. It was selected as a vendor for the White House redecoration project of 2008.

Lithography, a printing method that enabled inexpensive mass production of posters, was invented in 1796. The Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot in 1989; it laid the foundation for the National Digital Library Program, which began in 1995 and digitizes selected collections emphasizing the complexity of American cultural heritage.

The reproductions use archival paper and pigmented inks intended to last for generations. The brand also offers old Halloween, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day posters, and early aerial views of Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco, for display at home or work or as gifts.
