Snapshots of the Past Wall Art, SKU sku-5310967380, UPC 468886727266, is a Black, size L framed reproduction of a 1913 photo of South High School in Cleveland, Ohio. It measures 36-3/8" x 8-3/8". The company restores historical maps, photos and prints from Library of Congress archives for home decor.

Founded in 2001, it says it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as museum-quality fine-art reproduction prints. Its buyers include over 200 bookstores and other retailers, along with tens of thousands of online customers. It was selected as a vendor for the White House redecoration project in 2008.

The listing also describes the history behind such prints: lithography, invented in 1796, made inexpensive mass production possible; the Library of Congress launched its American Memory pilot in 1989, laying the foundation for the National Digital Library Program, which began in 1995 and digitizes selected collections emphasizing the complexity of American cultural heritage.

The reproductions use fine-art archival paper and pigmented inks and are described as suitable for keeping and passing down through generations. The company also offers retro posters, including old Halloween, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day designs and early aerial views of Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco, for display at home or work or as gifts.
