Snapshots of the Past Wall Art listing sku-5269908550, UPC 467977858711, is a Black, size L historic framed print titled F.B. Kellogg - 3, measuring 17-7/8 x 21-7/8 inches. The company makes reproductions of historical maps, photographs and prints restored from Library of Congress archives.

Founded in 2001, it says it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as museum-quality fine-art reproduction prints. Its buyers include over 200 bookstores and other retailers and tens of thousands of online customers. It was selected as a vendor for the White House redecoration project in 2008. Lithography, invented in 1796, helped make inexpensive mass-produced prints possible.

In 1989, the Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot project, which laid the foundation for the National Digital Library Program launched in 1995. That program digitizes selected collections concerning American cultural heritage. The reproductions use fine-art and archival paper; prints made with archival paper and pigmented inks are intended to last for generations.

The range includes old Halloween, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day posters, early aerial views of Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco, and retro-style prints for homes and workplaces or as gifts.
