Snapshots of the Past Wall Art print, sku-13268069467, UPC 464152669735, depicts The festival of Santa Lucia in Naples. The Black, size L print measures 16" x 20". The company reproduces historical maps, photos and prints from Library of Congress archives using archival paper and pigmented inks.

Founded in 2001, it says it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as fine-art reproduction prints. It reports sales through over 200 bookstores and other retailers and to tens of thousands of internet customers, and says it was selected as a vendor for the White House redecoration project in 2008.

The description also notes that lithography was invented in 1796 and that the Library of Congress launched its American Memory pilot in 1989, laying the foundation for the National Digital Library Program, which began in 1995. That program digitizes selected collections concerning American cultural history. The company also suggests historical posters and prints as decor or gifts.
