This Black, size L Wall Art from Snapshots of the Past is a framed reproduction print of the Army School of Nursing demonstration room diet kitchen at Camp Wadsworth, S.C. It measures 17-7/8 by 21-7/8 inches (SKU sku-5278565806; UPC 467732484049). The company restores historical maps, photos and prints from Library of Congress archives for home decor.

Founded in 2001, it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as fine-art reproduction prints. Its buyers include over 200 bookstores and other retailers, along with tens of thousands of internet customers. It was selected as a vendor for the White House redecoration project of 2008. Lithography was invented in 1796, making inexpensive mass production of prints possible.

In 1989, the Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot project, which laid the foundation for the National Digital Library Program launched in 1995. That program digitizes selected collections concerning American cultural heritage. The company's reproductions use fine-art archival paper and pigmented inks, intended to last for generations.

Its other print subjects include old holiday posters and early aerial views of Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco; the prints can be displayed at home or work or given as gifts.
