Built for professional photo and video work, this monopod uses 10-layer carbon fiber tubing to deliver high stiffness, excellent vibration damping, and outstanding strength. CNC-machined aluminum-alloy fittings and an anodized finish improve durability and corrosion resistance while keeping the weight down to just 1.1 lb (480g) — ideal for run-and-gun shooting or travel. The monopod collapses to 18.5 inches for compact transport and extends to 66.9 inches for overhead or long-telephoto applications. A 5-section twist-lock leg system enables quick setup and secure locking on uneven ground. It supports a 26 lb (12 kg) payload and features a 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter for superior torsional stability. User comfort and traction are covered with a foam grip, safety wrist strap, and an interchangeable rubber foot and steel spike to suit various surfaces. The mounting platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad camera compatibility, or attach the included ball head to add full 360° panning, tilt control and a U-notch for fast vertical framing. The supplied ball head is CNC-machined aluminum, rated for a 17.6 lb load, and includes fine-tune damping to prevent sudden drops, dual bubble levels for quick leveling, and indexed base markings for repeatable panoramic shots. Using the monopod together with the ball head will have a load capacity of 30 lb. (13.6 Kg).
