The title describes a 21-inch, 180-pound bag. Its water-filled, high-rebound PVC body moves in straight and arcing paths for practicing punches and dodges. The amount of water can be adjusted, and the bag can be filled or emptied for transport or storage.
It can hang from a boxing stand, wall, or ceiling using the included adjustable metal chain and safety buckles. It is intended for practicing jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, whether the user is a beginner, fitness enthusiast, or professional boxer. The water filling is designed to feel closer to real boxing while producing little noise.
