Giusti Scrigno BEL-662 Balsamic Set 59 fl oz sku-504374696

Giusti Scrigno BEL-662 is a 59 fl oz Cooking oils & vinegar collection (sku-504374696; UPC 695764801125). Its wooden case holds 10 bottles: 5 bottles of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in 250ml Champagnotte bottles and 5 balsamic-based condiments in 40ml bottles. The vinegar is made with cooked grape must and mature wine vinegar drawn from centuries-old casks.

The condiments are refined in separate oak, cherry, chestnut, mulberry and ash wine barrels, with mature balsamic vinegar added from centuries-old casks. Made in Modena, Italy, the collection is intended for food pairings or as a gift. Giusti has produced Balsamic Vinegar of Modena since 1605 and has passed down its family recipe for 17 generations.

Giusti also suggests pairing the case with its 3 Gold Medals Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, White Wine Vinegar Condiment or 25-year-old Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP.
