Giusti BEL-1118 3 Bottle Set Balsamic sku-616932264

The Giusti BEL-1118 Modena Gold Collection is a 3 Bottle Set of 50ml balsamic vinegar-based condiments. Made in Modena, Italy, the condiments mature through a Decanter and Refill system in oak, juniper and cherry wood barrels. They have thick textures, wood, ripe-fruit, spice and vanilla aromas, and sweet and sour flavors.

Giusti suggests them with tomato, basil, mozzarella, olives, olive oil, chocolate and prosciutto, as well as salads, cheese, vegetables, chicken, steak and fish. The set comes packaged for gifting. Giusti has made Balsamic Vinegar of Modena since 1605, passing down a family recipe for 17 generations.

The producer describes its approach as combining tradition with modern, sustainable production and selected ingredients. Modena is in northern Italy's Emilia-Romagna region, between two rivers; its subtropical climate supports grape growing for balsamic vinegar and wine.

Giusti also suggests pairing the set with its 3 Gold Medals Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, White Wine Vinegar Condiment or 25-year-old Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP. Its store has recipes and other vinegar, olive oil and balsamic-based foods. Listed under Cooking oils & vinegar with a Unisex designation. SKU: sku-616932264. UPC: 695764803068.
