Giusti BEL2-330 Cooking oils & vinegar 3 Gold Medals

Giusti BEL2-330 is an IGP-certified balsamic vinegar of Modena in the Cooking oils & vinegar category. The 3 Gold Medals Gran Deposito vinegar is made in Modena, Italy, from wine vinegar and the must of cooked, sun-dried grapes from Modena or Reggio-Emilia. It is aged in wood barrels passed down through the Giusti family and bottled after meeting the family's taste standards.

It is deep brown with a smooth texture and notes of plum jam, red fruit, honey, and vanilla. Stanley Tucci has recommended it; suggested uses include fresh pasta, soft cheese, fruit, and cocktails. Giusti has made balsamic vinegar since 1605, passing down its family recipe for 17 generations. Modena is in northern Italy's Emilia-Romagna region, between two rivers.
