The RVcam 795 offers vehicle-size-aware routing so you can find roads suitable for your RV or trailer by entering your vehicle profile — note that this custom routing may not be available everywhere and entering profile details does not guarantee every route will account for your RV’s dimensions; always obey posted signs and local road conditions. The built-in dash cam records your drive and can serve as an on-road eyewitness; saved clips are automatically uploaded to the secure online Vault and viewed or shared from the Garmin Drive™ app on a compatible smartphone. (Some jurisdictions regulate or prohibit the use of the camera function. It’s your responsibility to know and comply with local laws and privacy rights where you use the camera.) Driver-assist alerts include forward collision and lane departure warnings (performance may be reduced under certain conditions), plus notifications for school zones, sharp curves and speed changes to help boost awareness. You’ll also see road warnings for steep grades, sharp curves, weight limits and other hazards. Find RV parks, services and points of interest from a rich, preloaded directory that includes Tripadvisor®, Ultimate Public Campgrounds, KOA®, the U.S. national parks directory, PlanRV™ and millions of popular POIs from Foursquare®. Use BirdsEye Satellite Imagery for detailed aerial views that simplify arrival at campgrounds and RV parks. Discover scenic alternatives and recommended roadtrip routes, get trendy places suggestions and local spots recommendations for things to do nearby. Use Garmin voice assist to speak destinations into the navigator and pair your smartphone for hands‑free calling. When the navigator is linked with the Garmin Drive™ app on a compatible smartphone, access live traffic, weather, fuel prices, smart notifications and be able to redeem loyalty points at participating travel plazas including Pilot Travel Centers LLC® across the U.S. The RVcam 795 is compatible with the BC™ 50 backup camera for rearview assistance while reversing, and with the Garmin PowerSwitch™ digital switch box to control 12-volt accessories like lights and fans (each sold separately).
