The cones in the bottom of the basket keeps the line from tangling in the wind and the cones have holes in the top where you can place heavy monofiliment line (not included)so your line is controlled on those very windy days. PERFECT SIZE - Wide waist band for your comfort and neck strap eases fatigue, the belt measures 54" x 3", neck strap measures 45" x 7/8".

This essential accessory is a properly designed stripping basket. The right basket will decrease line tangles, thereby allowing your fly line to shoot unimpeded through the guides in an effort to achieve maximum distance.
