The kit includes a Bowens mount adapter ring, 400ws flash tube module, rechargeable 21.6V / 2600mAh lithium battery, charger, power cord, reflector and cap, compartment case, Allen wrench, instruction manual and Flashpoint 2-year USA warranty. Output is 400ws, with a guide number of 236ft / 72m at ISO 100 using the included reflector. Recycle time is 0.01 to 1 second.
The built-in R2 2.4GHz radio system has a reception range of up to 328 feet / 100 meters. The rear-latching, interchangeable battery delivers up to 390 full-power flashes per charge. The softbox provides directional light.
