What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

Durable, long-life LED lighting: The kit features LED bulbs protected by a plastic lampshade that shields the internal lamppost, making them more resistant to breakage during transport compared with CFL bulbs. These LEDs consume less power and offer approx 25000 hours of service life (note: poor heat dissipation conditions will reduce service life). Any problem with the LED bulb, please contact us immediately, we will reply to you in 1 workday. Bulb types, color temperature and output: This set includes 5 x 85W CFL 5500K bulbs and also supplies 2 x 50 W LED bulbs. The LED lamps use an E27 socket and have a 5400K color temperature that closely matches natural daylight. Each LED produces 2020 lumens; with an 85 CRI the illuminated subject appears nearer its true colors. 2 x 50 W LED bulbs supplied are 1.1 times to 2 x 85 W CFL bulbs in total, saving energy up to 85%. Electrical and safety notes: E27 socket LED bulbs working voltage is 110V (60Hz). If you need to use our softbox outside the US, please use an adapter to ensure safety. You are the VIP of ESDDI: Once you purchase our LED softbox. Any questions, please contact our service email( it is in the user manual). If the product doesn’t meet your satisfaction, you could contact us to get your money back, we will reply to you in 1 workday. Soft, even light and reflective design: The interior features a silver reflective coating with granular stone patterns to boost reflected light and reduce light loss. The white diffusion cover is made of silk for a soft, uniform spread. The outer softbox shell is constructed from 0.2 cm buzin cloth — thin yet resistant to deformation and designed to prevent light leakage. Adjustable mounting and stand: The softbox housing rotates 210° and uses an independent lock to hold angles for varied shooting needs. The aluminum alloy light stand delivers strength and stability in a 3-section column design that collapses to 68cm and extends up to 192cm — ideal for studio setups. Recommended for photography enthusiasts, novices, semi-professional, and professional photographers.
