EBC-B20H 12-72V Battery Capacity Tester (Lithium & Lead-Acid) — 20A Discharge, PC Software Support, External Charger, Multiple Protection

The EBC-B20H is a capacity tester for 12–72V battery packs, compatible with lithium and lead-acid chemistries and capable of 20A discharge. It supports automated charge/discharge sequences and PC control for live data logging. Connection and test modes: - Discharge test: attach the battery pack to the tester’s "battery" connector using the clamp wire. - Charge test: connect the battery pack as above and plug the charger’s output into the tester’s "charger" interface. Power on the external charger to begin. Operation details: - The tester monitors charging current and will switch charging off automatically when the measured current falls below the user-set threshold. Note: the tester does not regulate charging voltage or current; it only detects the values and performs on/off control of the charger. - Automatic multi-step testing: configure up to 5 sequential steps. Each step can be set as a discharge step or a charging step (charging steps require an external charger). Multiple steps can be chained to run automatically. PC integration: - When connected to a computer, tests can be initiated and controlled via software and the unit will record voltage and current curves for analysis. Important: charging requires a compatible external charger that supplies the battery pack; the tester provides detection and on/off control only.
