Compumatic XLS 21 v2 PIN & RFID Time Clock — Cloud-Hosted, Real-Time Upload via WiFi or Ethernet

Rugged, easy-to-use terminal: The Compumatic XLS 21 v2 lets employees punch with a 1-9 digit PIN or with optional RFID badges or fobs (sold separately). Fast Swipe & Go punches require no additional on-screen selections; a screen confirmation appears and an audible "thank you" lets the user know the punch was recorded.

Cloud-hosted web software: Punches are sent automatically to the cloud in real-time, and the clock will retain punches locally if the internet is lost, uploading stored punches as soon as the connection returns. The web interface is compatible with Windows and MAC through any standard web browser — no app installation required — and its mobile-friendly responsive design adapts to phones, tablets, laptops, or PCs.

Employee self-service: Provide staff with individual logins to view their time and request time off; web punching can be enabled on a per-employee basis. Network and power: Connect over WiFi or a direct Ethernet cable; DHCP-enabled, plug-and-play setup with Cat5/6/7/8 cabling. Also works with most cellular wireless hotspots for remote sites (12vdc power required).

Capacity and storage: Each clock supports up to 3000 users and holds 50000 transactions in built-in memory while offline; transactions upload automatically when back online. Pricing and support: Start with a free 15-day trial, then activate a subscription. Billing is month-to-month with a $9 base account fee plus $2 per active employee, and subscription includes unlimited support.
