Eugene Color ES3035E, SKU sku-6731900520, is an Electrical Tools insulation resistance meter that also tests AC and DC voltage. Reference conditions are 23°C±5°C and below 75%RH. Rated test voltages are 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000V and 10kV; measuring voltage is the rated voltage × (1 ± 10%). The insulation resistance range is 0.01MΩ to 2000GΩ, with ±3%rdg±5dgt accuracy and 0.01MΩ resolution.

DC voltage range is 0 to 1000V, and AC range is 0 to 750V; both have 0.1V resolution. Output short-circuit current is at least 5mA at 10kV. The meter measures absorption ratio and polarization index. It has a 12V rechargeable battery, a controllable gray and white backlight, and a 4-digit LCD measuring 108mm × 65mm.

Instrument dimensions are 277.2mm × 227.5mm × 153mm, and weight is 2720g including the battery. A USB interface and monitoring software allow stored data to be uploaded, saved and printed. Storage holds 500 groups; the display shows "FULL" when full, "READ" during data queries and "OL" for over-range readings.

An alarm sounds when a reading exceeds its setting, and a low-battery symbol appears when battery voltage is insufficient. Standby consumption is up to 30mA with the backlight off, 42mA with it on, and 200mA during measurement with the backlight off. The meter shuts down after about 15 minutes without operation.

Insulation resistance between the measuring line and shell is at least 50MΩ; withstand voltage is AC3kV/50Hz for 1min. Operating conditions are -10℃ to +50℃ at less than 85%RH; storage conditions are -15℃ to +55℃ at less than 90%RH.
