What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

Keep every angle of your property under watch with DEKCO’s 360° panoramic outdoor camera. The upgraded 3K/5MP UHD sensor provides crisp detail, while the motorized pan/tilt gives full coverage so a single unit can scan large areas. Equipped with a bright 400-lumen spotlight and night vision, this camera is built for round-the-clock monitoring. With only a few hours of daily direct sunlight the system can operate continuously on its battery and solar input — mounting on a wall delivers year‑round surveillance. Smart detection and alerts: advanced AI distinguishes people, vehicles and pets, and sends instant notifications when activity is detected (including parking zone intrusions). You can define protection zones, set patrol routes, and enable multi-modal alarms (voice prompt, strobe light and siren) for stronger deterrence. Two-way talk, voice assistant compatibility, and family sharing make remote management straightforward: connect over Bluetooth to stable 2.4GHz WiFi and use Alexa or Google Assistant. Local and cloud storage: save recordings directly to the device via micro USB local storage without a subscription (cloud storage optional). The camera supports digital zoom (6x) and a variety of alarm types for tailored monitoring.
