It has a smoke cooling tower and a residual smoke separation chamber and is described as producing smoke without tar or nicotine while using a small amount of fuel.

It works with grills, smokers and other outdoor cooking equipment: drill a 17 mm hole in the cooking chamber and insert the smoke pipe. Fuel can be replenished during smoking, and the outlet tube sits above the fuel source to help prevent clogging.
