Preasion 057098-SunS Silver Smokers sku-17348063871
No rating yet(0 ratings)The Preasion 057098-SunS Silver Smokers unit is made of stainless steel for high-volume smoking in commercial kitchens. Its side wood chip loader allows 3-hour smoking sessions without opening the door, reducing heat loss to help retain moisture and flavor. It has 9 fully removable racks measuring 18" x 22" and supports 44 lbs of meat at once.
Double-layer insulation helps keep the exterior cooler for indoor use. When the temperature is set above 70℃ (158℉), remove the low-temperature orifice plate. Use wood blocks smaller than 3cm; larger blocks may cause a fire and damage the heating tube. SKU sku-17348063871; UPC 198462926874.
