Circular Polarizing (CPL) Filter for Rokinon 24mm f/1.4 ED AS UMC K

Designed for use with the Rokinon 24mm f/1.4 ED AS UMC K, this circular polarizing (CPL) filter features an ultra-slim aluminum frame to prevent vignetting while still allowing the filter to rotate for polarization adjustment. A nonslip upper rim makes mounting, rotating and removing the filter fast and secure. The glass carries double-sided, multi-layered coatings and is anti-oil, anti-dust, anti-soil, scratch & water resistant. Use the CPL to cut unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces like water and glass, and to boost color depth and contrast—especially effective for intensifying blue skies and white clouds. By arranging and filtering directionally polarized light perpendicular to reflected light, the filter absorbs much of that glare, clears haze in distant landscapes and produces richer, more vivid colors. The strongest polarization effect occurs when the filter is used at a 90° angle to the sun.
