Circular Polarizing (CPL) Filter — Compatible with NIKKOR Z DX 24mm f/1.7

Designed for the NIKKOR Z DX 24mm f/1.7, this circular polarizer uses an ultra-slim aluminum frame to prevent vignetting while retaining rotation capabilities for level adjustment. A nonslip upper rim makes installation, rotation and removal quick and secure. The glass features double-sided, multi-layered coatings that are anti-oil, anti-dust, anti-soil, and resistant to scratches and water. As a circular CPL, it removes unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water and glass and boosts color and contrast — especially useful for deepening blue skies and enhancing white cloud detail. The filter arranges and filters directionally polarized light perpendicular to reflected light, enabling absorption of much of the reflected light, reducing haze in distant landscapes and yielding more saturated, vivid colors. For the strongest polarization effect position the filter at a 90° angle to the sun.
