Designed for use with the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 24-70mm f/2.8E ED VR, this circular polarizing (CPL) filter reduces reflections and increases color saturation and contrast. The ultra-slim aluminum frame avoids vignetting while maintaining rotation capabilities for adjusting levels, and a nonslip upper rim makes it easy to install, rotate and remove.

The glass features double sided, multi-layered coatings, anti-oil, anti-dust, anti-soil, scratch & water resistant for reliable protection and durability. By arranging and filtering directionally polarized light perpendicular to reflected light, the CPL absorbs much of the unwanted glare from non-metallic surfaces like water and glass, clears haze in distant landscapes, and intensifies blues in skies and whites in clouds.

For the strongest polarization effect position the filter at a 90° angle from the sun.
