Circular Polarizer (CPL) Filter for Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM

A precision circular polarizing (CPL) filter designed for the Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM lens. It reduces distracting reflections from non-metallic surfaces like water and glass while boosting color richness and contrast—especially useful for deepening blue skies and making white clouds pop. Built with an ultra-slim aluminum frame to prevent vignetting on telephoto glass, the filter still preserves full rotation for fine polarization adjustments. A nonslip upper rim makes mounting, turning and removal quick and secure. Optical protection is provided by double-sided, multi-layered coatings that are anti-oil, anti-dust, anti-soil, scratch & water resistant. These treatments help keep the glass clean and durable in the field. How it works: the CPL arranges and filters directionally polarized light at right angles to reflected light so much of the glare is absorbed. This clears distant haze in landscapes and yields more saturated, vivid colors. For strongest polarization effects aim to shoot at approximately a 90° angle from the sun.
