Circular Polarizer (CPL) Filter — Compatible with Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8G ED

This circular polarizing (CPL) filter is made for use with the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8G ED to reduce reflections and boost color and contrast. An ultra-slim aluminum frame prevents vignetting while still allowing rotation for fine adjustments. A nonslip upper rim simplifies installation, rotation and removal. The glass is treated with double-sided, multi-layered coatings and is anti-oil, anti-dust, anti-soil, scratch & water resistant. By arranging and filtering directionally polarized light perpendicular to reflected light, the CPL cuts unwanted glare from non-metallic surfaces like water and glass, clears haze in distant landscapes, and produces richer, more saturated colors—most noticeably deepening blue skies and white clouds. The filter delivers its strongest effect when used at a 90° angle from the sun.
