PCB creation Coffee Bean Shop All Die Cutting sku-261848559
No rating yet(0 ratings)PCB creation Shop All Die Cutting chocolate transfer sheets, SKU sku-261848559, are a Unisex listing sized 16" x 10". The pack contains 17 thin, transparent plastic sheets measuring 16 inch by 10 inch, printed with two-tone coffee beans of varying sizes. The product image shows a sheet against a white background. The sheets are made in France for professional use only and may contain traces of soy and milk. Keep them away from light in a dry room at 60 to 64 degrees Fahrenheit, or 15 to 18 degrees Celsius. For a chocolate coating, set a medium metal bowl containing a pound of chocolate over a saucepan of simmering water without letting the bowl touch the water. Place a sheet colored side up on a work surface. Remove the bowl, pour a thick ribbon of melted chocolate onto the sheet and spread it evenly to the edges with an offset spatula. Let the chocolate set. While it is setting, the chocolate-covered sheet can be curled, shaped into ribbons or wrapped around a cake or pastry. You can also cut the chocolate with a knife or cookie cutter; sharp metal cutters work best. Press down to make squares, rectangles, triangles or other shapes. If the chocolate sticks to the blade or drags during cutting, let it set a little longer. Finish setting it at room temperature or in the fridge, then carefully peel the hardened chocolate from the sheet. The shapes can decorate cupcakes, pastries, ice cream or cake. For free-form decorations, put melted chocolate in a paper cone or pastry bag with a small round decorating tube, then draw or write on the colored side of the sheet. The chocolate should be well melted and free of small pieces that could clog the tube, but not so hot that it flows uncontrollably. Avoid designs so thin that they may break when removed. For dipped or coated ganache, cut one transfer-sheet square slightly larger than each piece. While the coating is wet, place the square colored side down on the ganache and press gently so the entire chocolate surface touches it. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, then peel off the sheet when the chocolate is firm.
