Chandler Limited TG MICROHPONE TYPE L sku-6420670840

The Black Chandler Limited TG MICROHPONE TYPE L is a condenser microphone listed under Condenser Microphones. SKU sku-6420670840; UPC 687398729876. Drawing on the EMI Abbey Road Studios TG microphone, this solid-state mic inherits core circuitry, a gold-sputtered capsule, and the Dual Tone System.

System A provides a harmonically rich, mid-forward sound; System B is intended for high-SPL recording. The Type L has a cardioid polar pattern and transformerless FET circuitry. The source compares its applications with those of the C414, FET47, U87, U67, and C12 and suggests it for guitar cabinets where a dynamic and ribbon mic might otherwise be combined.

Its compact body is designed to retain the Abbey Road TG sound. The source describes detailed, harmonically rich capture without distortion or coloration. A swivel mount and bamboo storage box are included.
