What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

What shouldn't I ask?

CERTIFIED by independent labs to contain at least 830 mg/kg of dietary methylglyoxal (MGO), we make these test reports publicly available. We are proud participants in the NZ Fernmark program, which authenticates products of true NZ origin.

Bees & Trees is the only Manuka honey brand to have received certification from GenuHoney, an indepent honey certification group on the front lines battling honey fraud in the United States. GLASS jars, because we love glass over plastic, and expect you do as well.

Our attractive jar/label makes our honey suitable as a hostess gift (everyone brings wine), or just something you want sitting out on your counter. The wide opening lets you get to every last drop. TASTES amazing! Ever hear that manuka honey does not taste that good? It's a common complaint, one we agree with regarding a lot of brands.

We credit the microclimate of the Taranaki region, where we produce our honey, along with our approach to small batch, minimal processing with its amazing taste. You will love it, we guarantee it, or your money back. REAL PEOPLE stand behind Bees & Trees Manuka Honey. Founder, Mike Everly and his family lived in NZ for 3 ½ years, starting the business back in 2010.

Based in Atlanta GA, we have US based customer service, real people to answer questions and respond to any or all customer needs. Like to buy local, from family owned businesses? That’s us. PRICED lower than other brands. Always compare $/oz with equivalent MG ratings. We produce our own honey, pack it in New Zealand and only sell it here in the US market, direct to you.

No costly distribution channel mark ups. WELLNESS PUNCH - We sell MG 350+, 550+, and 830+ Manuka honey. Most scientific & medical research into Manuka honey’s properties utilizes MG 250+ or higher honey for experimentation.

Whether consumed daily for immune support, used for skin care or healing, to soothe digestive issues or fight a cold; make sure you are getting Manuka honey with all the goodness you are seeking.
