What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

What shouldn't I ask?

Audio-Technica Wireless Microphones package, model ATW-901a/L, SKU sku-952604947, UPC 613815866176. Includes (1) ATW-901a/L wireless lavalier microphone system operating at 169.505–171.905 MHz and (1) Rockville RHB70 powered home theater speaker system with Bluetooth, USB and FM. The microphone system is designed for easy operation and clear, natural sound.

It has 4 selectable, frequency-coordinated VHF channels, a dipole antenna system for extended range, durable construction, balanced XLR and unbalanced 1/4" outputs. Operating frequencies are 169–172 MHz VHF high band with FM modulation; maximum deviation is +/- 10 kHz.

Typical A-weighted dynamic range is at least 90 dB, total harmonic distortion is below 1% at 1 kHz and +/- 10 kHz deviation, operating range is 200 feet, operating temperature is 40° F to 110° F, and frequency response is 80 Hz to 13 kHz. The receiver uses a non-diversity, single-channel, dual-antenna system.

Image rejection is at least 50 dB; RF sensitivity is 20 dBuV at a 60 dB S/N ratio with 50-ohm termination. Nominal audio output is 350 mV from the balanced XLR output and 700 mV from the unbalanced 1/4" (6.3 mm) output, both measured at 1 kHz modulation, 10 kHz deviation and a 100k-ohm load. The included center-positive external power supply converts 100–240V AC (50/60 Hz) to 12V DC at .5A.

Receiver dimensions are 7.48" x 1.82" x 5.06"; net weight is 12.0 oz. The body-pack transmitter has 10 mW RF output and spurious emissions that follow federal and national regulations. Its four-pin locking connector assigns pin 1 to GND, pin 2 to INST INPUT, pin 3 to MIC INPUT and pin 4 to DC BIAS +9V. It takes two 1.5V AA batteries, which are not included. A video of the RHB70 is listed.

The Rockville RHB70 is an all-in-one 2.1-channel speaker with a built-in amplifier, (2) 3" speakers for highs and a 4" subwoofer for mids and lows. It streams from Bluetooth devices using a chip with enhanced data rate and a 35-foot range. USB and SD inputs play stored audio from media up to 32GB each; an RCA auxiliary input connects other audio devices.

Its LED display shows volume, track and FM information. Front-panel digital controls and a remote with direct track selection are included. The wooden enclosure has a cherry finish. Speaker frequency response is 40Hz–20 KHz; channel separation is at least 50dB at 1 KHz. Output is 25 Watts RMS, 50 Watts program and 100 watts peak, and required input is 110V AC.

Unit dimensions are 4.73" W x 9.65" H x 10.64" D, with a weight of 5.43 LBS. Packed shipping dimensions are 6.62" W x 12.41" H x 11.62" D, with a shipping weight of 6.31 LBS. An owner's manual is included.
