What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

The Apple iPhone 15 Plus in Green has 256GB of storage and a 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR display. Dynamic Island shows alerts and Live Activities, including calls, rides and flight status. The color-infused glass and aluminum design is splash, water and dust resistant, with a Ceramic Shield front. Apple says the display is up to twice as bright in sunlight as the iPhone 14.

The 48MP Main camera takes high-resolution photos, and the 2x optical-quality Telephoto helps frame close-ups. Portraits capture detail and color, and you can shift focus after taking a shot. The A16 Bionic chip supports computational photography, Dynamic Island transitions and Voice Isolation during calls while helping provide all-day battery life.

USB-C lets you use the same charging cable for this iPhone, a Mac or an iPad; the iPhone can also charge an Apple Watch or AirPods. Roadside Assistance and Emergency SOS are available via satellite when the stated conditions apply. Crash Detection can call for help after a severe car crash if you cannot.

The phone includes privacy protections, recycled materials and built-in accessibility features. It comes with a one-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary technical support. AppleCare+ and AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss can extend coverage.

The iPhone 15 models were tested under controlled laboratory conditions and rated IP68 under IEC standard 60529, for a maximum depth of 6 meters for up to 30 minutes. Resistance can decrease with normal wear. Do not charge a wet iPhone; consult the user guide for cleaning and drying. Liquid damage is not covered by the warranty.

The rounded-corner display measures 6.69 inches diagonally as a standard rectangle for iPhone 15 Plus and iPhone 15 Pro Max; the corresponding measurement for iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro is 6.12 inches. Actual viewable area is smaller. Battery life varies with use and configuration.

Satellite service is included free for two years after activation of any iPhone 15 model; connection and response times depend on location, site conditions and other factors. The stated Crash Detection calling feature requires cellular service or Wi-Fi Calling. Height is 6.33 inches (160.9mm), width is 3.06 inches (77.8mm), depth is 0.31 inch (7.80mm), and weight is 7.09 ounces (201 grams).
