What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

Apple iPhone 15, 512GB, Green, is listed In-Store as sku-5054659420 (UPC 195949035142). Dynamic Island shows alerts, Live Activities, calls, ride updates and flight status. The color-infused glass and aluminum body resists splashes, water and dust, and the Ceramic Shield front is tougher than any smartphone glass. Its 6.1" Super Retina XDR display is up to 2x brighter in sunlight than iPhone 14.

The 48MP main camera takes high-resolution photos; the 2x optical-quality Telephoto frames close-ups. Portraits capture more detail and color, and you can shift focus after taking a photo. The A16 Bionic chip supports computational photography, Dynamic Island transitions and Voice Isolation while helping provide all-day battery life.

USB-C lets you use the same charging cable as a Mac or iPad, or charge an Apple Watch or AirPods from the phone. Roadside Assistance and Emergency SOS can connect via satellite when cellular service is unavailable; Crash Detection can call for help after a severe crash if you cannot. The phone includes privacy protections, accessibility features and more recycled materials.

It comes with a one-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary technical support; AppleCare+ and AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss offer extended coverage. The iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max were rated IP68 under IEC standard 60529 in controlled tests, to a maximum depth of 6 meters for up to 30 minutes. Water resistance can decline with wear.

Do not charge a wet phone; follow the user guide for cleaning and drying. Liquid damage is not covered by warranty. The rounded display measures 6.12 inches as a standard rectangle on iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro; the corresponding measurement for iPhone 15 Plus and iPhone 15 Pro Max is 6.69 inches. Viewable area is smaller. Battery life varies with use and configuration.

Satellite service is included free for two years after activation of any iPhone 15 model; connection and response depend on location and conditions. Crash Detection on iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro requires cellular service or Wi-Fi Calling to call for help. Height: 5.81 inches (147.6mm); width: 2.82 inches (71.6mm); depth: 0.31 inch (7.80mm); weight: 6.02 ounces (171 grams).
