What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

Overview: AOSU solar-powered outdoor Wi‑Fi camera delivering 2K ultra-clear imaging (2560×1440) with full 360° panoramic PTZ control. The dome-style camera performs touch-enabled pan/tilt rotation to eliminate blind spots and captures fine details—courtyards, license plates—both day and night. Smart tracking & deterrence: Built-in AI human detection automatically locks onto and follows moving people, recording their full trajectory for reliable evidence. When a threat is detected you get real-time push alerts with a screen preview, plus sound-and-light linkage via the siren and spotlights. Two-way voice-changing calls allow remote verbal deterrence, and custom detection zones help cut false alarms. Self-powered, always on: Designed as a 100% wireless solution, the camera runs on solar power with lithium battery cycle charging. It can maintain operation with an average of 2 hours of sunshine per day, providing 365 days of continuous protection without frequent maintenance. Reliable night and weather performance: Offers full-color night vision and an IR+LED light night version. IP65 weatherproofing protects against harsh conditions. Data is secured with dual storage options: TF card (no included) or Cloud storage. Compatibility & support: Works with Alexa and Google Assistant for voice control. Lifetime technical support and a 1 year replacement guarantee are included.
