The TAC Salt Free Anti-Scale Water Conditioning Systems transforms calcium ions into calcium crystals, which are stable and cannot attach to pipes, surfaces, hardware, or heat exchangers components. The crystals are so small, they are easily rinsed away by the water flow.

This new Template Assisted Crystallization, or TAC process utilizes no salt, so there is no need for a brine tank, and uses no electricity, and generates no waste water. The TAC Anti-Scale System is a single cartridge-based system that must be installed on a cold water line prior to a water heating device like a conventional water heater or a tankless water heater TEMPLATE ASSISTED CRYSTALLIZATION (TAC), NO SALT, NO CHEMICALS, NO SLIMY SOFT WATER FEEL THIS FILTER PREVENTS SCALING.

It is a Compatible Big Blue Whole House Filter for 20" Housing. Filter size is 4.5" x 20". For shipping purposes, the media (1 liter) will be packaged in a separate bag from the filter. Once it is ready for use, simply pour the media into the empty cartridge.
