Duvire 40 Micron Spin Down Water Filter sku-18729407645
No rating yet(0 reviews)The Duvire spin-down filter, SKU sku-18729407645, is listed under Water Filtration & Water Softeners. Its 40μm screen filters large particles including sediment, rust, sludge, moss and microorganisms from municipal tap, well or lake water to help protect household fixtures and appliances.
A siphon-style backwash increases the pressure difference and suction during cleaning; opening the drain valve cleans the filter without removing the bottle or screen. Installation requires no welding or glue. It works with copper, PEX and CPVC pipes and has a joint for 3/4" MNPT. It can be installed outdoors away from direct sunlight to prevent algae growth.
A visible pressure gauge lets users monitor water pressure. The filter has a copper head, a thickened pressure-resistant bottle and a 316L stainless steel screen designed to resist rust and wear. Its stated 4T flow rate is 4 tons per hour, intended for multiple water uses throughout a house without clogging or reducing water pressure.
