If a reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away. This product contains an NSAID that may cause severe stomach bleeding. The risk is higher if you are age 60 or older; have had stomach ulcers or bleeding problems; take a blood thinner or steroid; take another prescription or nonprescription NSAID, including aspirin, ibuprofen or naproxen; have 3 or more alcoholic drinks daily while using it; or take more than directed or use it for longer than directed. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you take sedatives, tranquilizers, another sleep aid, another antihistamine or any other drug; are under a doctor's care for an ongoing illness; or take aspirin for heart attack or stroke, since ibuprofen may reduce aspirin's benefit. Drowsiness will occur. Avoid alcohol, driving and operating machinery. Take with food or milk if stomach upset occurs. Taking more than directed or using it for longer than directed may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke. Stop use and ask a doctor if you feel faint, vomit blood, have bloody or black stools, or have stomach pain that does not improve; if pain worsens or lasts more than 10 days; if sleeplessness continues for more than 2 weeks, since insomnia may signal a serious underlying illness; if the painful area becomes red or swollen; or if new symptoms appear.
