Sioux Chief 8 Port PEX Manifold sku-176297545 739236405227
No rating yet(0 ratings)This Sioux Chief spin closed 8-port PEX manifold is listed under Pipes, Fittings & Accessories. Its specifications list a 1/2" inlet, 1/2" PEX branches and a 3/4" trunk. PEX is used in water supply piping and, compared with the listed metal and rigid plastic pipes, is flexible, resists scale and chlorine, does not corrode or develop pinholes, installs faster and needs fewer connections and fittings.
To connect PEX pipe to a brass fitting, slide a copper crimp ring over the pipe, insert the fitting, then use a PEX crimping tool to crimp the ring over both. A properly crimped ring seals the connection. SKU: sku-176297545. UPC: 739236405227.
