Eugene Color Surveillance Equipment, color Other and size A, is a compact CCTV tester with a 5.4 Inch IPS touch screen. It works with over 90% of brand cameras and tests IP cameras up to 12MP with H.265/H.264, including IP, Quick OVIF and RTSP playback through a Client APK, fast previews and automatic test reports.

It tests coaxial TVI, AHD and CVI cameras up to 8MP at 3840 x 2160P, with camera control and on-screen OSD menus. Its Auto HD app detects those HD camera types, and it also tests CVBS analog cameras. A 1* BNC input supports CVBS with automatic NTSC/PAL adaptation. RS485 PTZ control runs at Baud 600-115200bps and supports more than 30 protocols, including PELCO-D/P.

Network tools include a UTP cable test, a PoE test and RJ45 TDR; the unit also has a DC12V power output. It supports IEEE802.3af/at PoE at 48V, with maximum power of 25.5W. Built-in Hik and DH tools support batch configuration. AXIS IP camera testing requires installation of the Axs test tool app through automatic update; tools for other brands and OVIF testing are also included.
