The food-grade, nonmagnetic stainless steel is described as corrosion- and heat-resistant, with heat retention, even heat transfer and sear marks that add smoky flavor. Its smooth, nonstick surface and edges are intended to resist chipping, rust and distortion and to be safer to handle.

Brush with soapy water, towel dry and store; the instructions say no seasoning is needed after the first use. Check your grill model and dimensions before ordering.
