Unbranded Grill Accessories PID Board sku-18731806734

This Unbranded PID control board, sku-18731806734, is a Grill Accessories replacement part for Pit Boss wood pellet grills and smokers. It is listed for models in the 440-1000 range, including the Navigator, Sportsman, Onyx Edition and Pro Series; check compatibility with your model. It has no WiFi. Its 3 PID programs are A45, A70 and A99, with temperature adjustment in 1°F steps. The controller varies fan and auger operation to maintain temperature while reducing pellet use. It monitors connected parts for faults such as bad contacts, short circuits, open circuits and power outside the input or output range, and sounds an alarm when it detects a problem. It also has a timer and a meat-probe target setting that triggers an alarm when the target temperature is reached. The fan and auger may run intermittently during normal regulation. A fault may stop the controller without necessarily meaning a part is completely damaged. Fault detection can be bypassed temporarily, but the faulty part should be replaced soon.
