Built with high-index / low-dispersion optical glass, updated barrel materials, precision computer-aided-design / computer-aided-manufacturing, and anti-reflection coatings, the adapter greatly reduces the appearance of lens flare and ghosting caused by reflections. Internal design features include BAB (Internal Black Almite Barrel) — a black matte satin finish that minimizes internal reflections — and BRG (Black Rimmed Glass), which lowers the chance of light bouncing off the glass edge.
