Its SIGMAFORGE blade is forged from a single piece of solid steel and ice-hardened using the FRIODUR process to start sharper, retain sharpness longer and improve resilience.
A precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge provide a cutting angle designed for sharpness and durability. The ergonomic polymer handle has three rivets and is bonded to the full tang. The blade has a hardness of 57 Rockwell and an edge angle of 15 degrees per side.
