Zoom F3 32-Bit Float 2-Channel Field Recorder — Dual A/D, 2 Locking XLR Inputs, Battery Powered, Wireless Control + Zoom ZDM-1 Podcast Mic Pack & Accessories

Professional-quality audio capture made simple: The Zoom F3 uses 32-Bit Float recording and dual A/D converters to preserve every detail of your sound without clipping or constant gain tweaking. It handles everything from subtle whispers to loud peaks, so you can plug in microphones and record confident, distortion-free tracks — ideal for interviews, video production, and other demanding audio tasks.

Inputs and mic support: Two balanced XLR mic/line inputs with locking connectors and switchable +48V phantom power let you use handheld dynamics, lavaliers, or shotgun condensers in the same setup. The F3’s input design integrates easily with studio rigs and location shoots alike while offering reliable professional connectivity.

High-resolution files and ample storage: Record in uncompressed BWF format at sample rates up to 192 kHz to capture full-fidelity audio. Files are saved to microSD cards (supports up to 1TB capacity) so you can run long sessions without worrying about space. Flexible power for long days: Choose from AA batteries, a USB Type-C battery pack, or the Zoom AD-17 power adapter to suit your workflow.

The F3 delivers up to eight hours of runtime on AA batteries, keeping you recording through extended shoots. Wireless control: Remote operation capability gives you hands-off control for monitoring and starting/stopping recordings from a distance.
