The Arctic Hayes Aero disposable pipe freezing kit is intended for small, single-use plumbing jobs, including central heating repairs, valve work and fitting or replacing taps, washers and shower units. It can freeze a pipe without draining the system or turning off the water. It works on horizontal or vertical copper, steel, lead, iron and plastic pipes. One kit provides a single freeze for 1 x 8-15mm pipe, lasting up to 45 minutes. The non-flammable fluid has low global warming potential and freezes pipes to -50°C in minutes. The stated average job-time reduction is 85%, based on a 2-hour drain-down and refill. The kit contains 1 x 150ml Arctic Spray aerosol pipe freezer, 1 x reusable freezing jacket, 2 x cable ties and 1 x instruction leaflet. Read the leaflet before use; Arctic Hayes technical support is available for questions. Replacement spray and jackets are sold separately. You may also like Unbranded Paint Supplies & Tools Blade Set sku-18120115783.
