Setup & Power (important) - This unit requires a 12V power supply. For bench testing, tie the red and yellow wires together to the positive (+) terminal and connect the black wire to negative (ground). Replace with the same type of fuse/insurance if needed when testing the radio. - Use the power harness provided with this radio — do not attempt to plug the original car connector directly into this head unit. Rear camera / reverse trigger - If the screen shows "No Signal" when you shift into reverse, check that the camera cable is firmly connected to the radio. The camera's video plug must be inserted into the radio's "CAMIN" video input. USB video / driving safety warning - If a "!" appears or the message "Can't watch video while driving" shows when playing videos from USB, disable the "Video Warning" (driving video lock) option in settings to permit playback. FM radio reception - If the radio cannot find stations, confirm an antenna is plugged in. Reinsert the antenna plug several times to ensure a good contact. Poor reception can also be caused by weak local signal — try moving to a different location. If the car's antenna is damaged or ineffective, replace it and test again. Bluetooth pairing - Enable Bluetooth on your phone, search for available devices, and select the player’s Bluetooth model to pair. If a PIN is requested try: 0000; if that fails try 1234 or 123456. If pairing still fails, try another phone to rule out handset issues. As a final step, unplug the connector on the back of the player and reconnect it after 3 minute before testing Bluetooth again.
