ZCARGE 9'' Android 13 Car Stereo for Mazda MX-5 (2006-2021) — Mirror Link, Camera & Mic Included, 2+32GB

Troubleshooting & setup tips for your ZCARGE unit: 1) Unit won’t power on - Verify the car radio voltage: 12V. When testing, join the red and yellow wires and connect them to the positive terminal of your power source; connect the black wire to the negative terminal. Replace the same type of insurance to test the car radio. Important: always use the supplied ZCARGE power cables — you cannot plug the original car connector directly into this unit. 2) "No Signal" appears when reversing - Confirm the camera cable is securely connected to the radio. The rear camera’s video connector must be plugged into the car radio’s "CAMIN" port. 3) Camera shows "!" or USB video gives "Can't watch video while driving" - This behavior is caused by the safety lock. Disable the "Video Warning" option in the settings to allow USB video playback while driving. 4) FM station search fails - Common causes: no radio antenna connected or poor antenna contact. Make sure the radio antenna is plugged in; insert the antenna connector several times to improve contact. If reception in your location is weak, try testing in a different area. If the vehicle’s antenna is damaged or nonfunctional, replace it and test again. 5) Bluetooth pairing problems - On your phone open Bluetooth settings, enable Bluetooth and search for devices. Select the player’s Bluetooth name to pair. If a code is requested, try 0000 first; if that fails, try 1234 or 123456. If possible, attempt pairing with another phone. If all steps are followed and Bluetooth still won’t connect, unplug the plug on the back of the player and reconnect it after 3 minute.
