What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

What shouldn't I ask?

Posts must be product questions or answers. Do not post about shipping or delivery, availability, a specific order, customer service, or material that violates our community rules. Use our FAQ or your account for order and support help. Links and contact information are not allowed in submissions.

It is up to customers decision to determine the correct weathercondition Gazebos / Marquees should be considered as a 'temporary structure' Althoughthese products are designed to withstand mild weather conditionsincluding light winds and rain, they are not designed to be used as apermanent or semi-permanent structure, or used for camping, but ratheras an occasional use item.

As a general rule it is considered that thestructure be used for day or night events but not left erected for days, weeks, or months etc Outdoor structures must be securely fixed:Itis not possible for us to determine the type of fixing that may berequired in all circumstances and uses under all weather conditions.

Itis important for the user to determine how and where the item is usedand to be aware that any outdoor structure needs to be adequatelysecured to prevent damage to the structure and/or injury to people dueto wind etc. Suggestions: In some circumstances (eg: wind-shelteredcourtyards) it may be adequate to light guy ropes to secure thisstructure.

The user needs to keep in mind that this item has a largesurface area and may need to be guyed down to other fixed structures,or acombination of both to prevent damage from wind. Adequate measuresrequired to secure the structure under the circumstances of its use areleft to the end user to decide.
