Ideal for locations where WiFi can’t reach, such as basements, sheds, garages, outdoor spaces and remote outbuildings. Quick to install — set it down where you need protection. Place the sensor near or under appliances and fixtures like toilets, water heaters, laundry machines, dishwashers, sinks, fish tanks and sump pumps to catch leaks fast. Multiple alert methods keep you informed: a built-in 105dB audio alarm sounds on-site, while remote notifications are delivered via SMS/Text, Email and Push Notifications. Full smart-home integration (Alexa, IFTTT) is available when connected to a YoLink hub. Built to withstand wet environments with an IP66 waterproof rating. The unit also includes a low temperature sensor that issues a freeze warning when temperatures reach freezing levels to help prevent burst pipes. Power is supplied by two replaceable AAA batteries (included) that provide dependable operation for over 5 years.
