Yamaha MX61BK Electronic Keyboards | sku-906950684

The Yamaha MX61BK is a compact, lightweight Black Electronic Keyboards synthesizer listed for Unisex use (SKU sku-906950684; UPC 889025107556). This 61-key, touch-sensitive MX61 v2 has over 1,000 MOTIF Voices and computer and iOS integration.

Its class-compliant USB audio/MIDI interface works without drivers, supports stereo audio recording and playback plus 16 MIDI channels over one cable, and unlocks the free FM Essential iOS synth app with effects and drum loops. The MOTIF Sound Engine can layer, zone, switch, cycle, randomize and control up to eight elements in a voice.

Virtual Circuit Modeling recreates vintage effects and signal processors. It has 128-note polyphony for live playing or full 16-track sequences, and Damper Resonance DSP models a grand piano with the dampers off the strings. Front-panel DAW Remote controls the transport, mixer and software instruments.

A USB TO DEVICE port accepts flash drives for loading and storing data; a 3 5 mm AUX input plays audio from mobile devices and tablets. Auto power off shuts it down after inactivity. The MX61 line also has a blue (BU) finish option alongside black (BK).
