Xilee Black Kitchen Appliances Pizza Oven 1 sku-17587256838

Xilee Black Kitchen Appliances pizza oven, model 1, sku-17587256838, has a detachable 4-in-1 design. Its two layers let you bake pizza above while grilling below; the unit can also be used as a standalone fire pit or charcoal grill. It cooks pizza, calzones, subs, pretzels, potatoes, chicken tenders, shrimp and pastries, among other foods.

Side vents circulate heat, while the cordierite pizza stone draws moisture from dough to help form a crisp crust with a soft interior. The separate top section can be used on a gas grill. For wood-fired cooking, the oven accepts wood pellets, firewood or charcoal; the source also suggests combining charcoal and wood for pizza. Parts for assembly are included.

To cook, follow Step 1 by lighting a fire and heating the stone with the oven section on top; at Step 2, slide in the pizza or calzone; at Step 3, cook for 15 minutes. The oven comes with a pizza peel, water-proof cover and grill grate and is portable for backyard gatherings or camping.
